Our client is a mid sized warehouse operation that deals in the beverage industry. They are located in Mississauga.
They cover the province with a combination of linehauls to more distance regions and a fleet of vehicles to cover areas closer to the GTA.
The Director Warehouse Operations reports directly to the President. The warehouse operates 24 / 6 days a week with Deliveries on Tuesday – Saturday.
It is a 3 shift operation, with a supervisor on each shift, along with an Inventory Manager on the day shift.
You should be an experienced warehouse operator, who has good experience with Inventory Management and the ability to scale an operation. This group has grown 2X in the past year or so and plan for a 5X growth in the next two years.
There is an expectation that you will work some on the afternoon and night shifts to ensure good processes are being followed.
